Federal agencies sign deal to fund all broadband

The FCC and the Institute of Museum and Library Services on Friday unveiled a memorandum of understanding to promote awareness of federal funding opportunities for broadband connectivity. Their decision formalizes a cooperative agreement after working in tandem for a long time to inform the public about these programs.
